Yes. Fan-to-fan resale is guaranteed at or below face value on verified listings. The original barcode is voided the moment a transfer completes, so duplicate scans never work.
Every listing is tied to a verified venue profile. We check capacity, ticketing inventory, and organizer identity before a show can go live on the calendar.
If a date moves, your pass rolls to the new night automatically. If it is cancelled, we refund the original payment method in full — including any service charges we collected.
The price you see on the card is the price you pay. Tier previews show the full range; there are no surprise facility or “order processing” add-ons at the last step.
Most doors scan in under 30 seconds. Keep Bluetooth on if you saved the pass to Apple or Google Wallet — staff can still scan the in-app QR as a backup.
